Information we process

We process the email address, first name, last name, industry, and role you provide when subscribing. We use profile information to understand the composition of the community and inform future content and segmentation.

Kit may also record technical and engagement data needed to operate the subscription and measure performance, such as confirmation, delivery, bounces, opens, clicks, preferences, and unsubscribes.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the information to manage your subscription and double opt-in, send AI Firsthand, understand the composition of the community, inform our content, administer preferences and unsubscribes, respond to your messages, and measure newsletter operations.

The legal basis is your consent. You may withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Required information

Your email address, first name, last name, industry, and role are required to complete the subscription at this stage. Without them, you cannot subscribe. We do not infer or enrich these fields from external sources.

Service provider and recipients

Kit processes information on behalf of Fluency Labs Corp to provide forms, automation, and email infrastructure. Its subprocessors may support hosting, delivery, support, security, and analytics as described in Kit's current DPA.

International transfers

Kit and its subprocessors may process information outside the European Economic Area. Kit's DPA provides for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where required, the Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request information about these safeguards at hello@fluencylabs.ai.

Retention

We will keep your information while your subscription is active. After you unsubscribe, we will retain only what is needed to honor your preference, manage claims, or meet applicable obligations.

Your rights

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing and request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or another competent supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to hello@fluencylabs.ai.

Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Automation is limited to language, subscription, and delivery of the welcome sequence.
